We, human creatures live in a world of conflicting patterns and constant change.  A strong enough emotional experience can create a one-shot learning or an accumulation of experiences creates a new thought, belief or habit.

And the latest research shows that although we may spend more time thinking about the negative, it does not take a lot to interrupt old patterns and to create new perspective and insights.

It is one of the things I am consistently looking for, what are simple,subtle ways to change their limiting patterns of body and mind., and create new and better patterns of health, habit, belief and behavior.
