_WK 01 - What do You Want & What’s Getting in Your Way
Too often we focus on all the things we don’t want vs. what we truly want. Or we get overwhelmed trying to make big changes all at once. Let’s take some time to be clear about what we want to achieve and develop some simple plans that work at a pace and speed that makes sense for you and your unique life. In addition, we’ll take a look at some of the experiences that had held you back before, and begin to change them now.
_WK 02 - Shedding Old Limitations & Trying on Some Motivation
When we eat, it is usually about more then just filling our body, it is also about filling our emotional and psychological needs. Most of our relationships with food, health and fitness have been established early in our lives.
Over time different foods, eating habits and cooking attitudes have become ingrained. Each choice has it’s own meanings for you We eat not only because we are hungry, but for many reasons: pleasure/pain, love/anger, boredom/upset, comfort/fuel.
