                                                              In these sessions we create a safe environment in which patterns of thought, behavior and sensation change.  Using a mix of hypnotic, NLP and coaching techniques we gently interrupt old patterns.  And we allow new positive emotions and thought to emerge in ways that are unique and just right for the you, the client.

                                                              People come in because they are triggered by people, places, situations around them.  Tension, fear, anxiety, nervousness, something is bothering them.  Stress hormones are triggered, mind and body tighten, spin in circles and make the problem bigger than it is.

                                                              Using trance and other cognitive reprocessing tools, we guide you to shrink problems and make resources bigger, healthier and more resilient.  All changes are considered and implemented with your maximum welfare in mind.


                                                              Massage-Bodywork Sessions

                                                              The massage & bodywork done is mostly based on The Moses Method, a unique gentle form of massage.  It incorporates a number of different styles of massage, somatic awareness and movement based work.

                                                              This work is about discovering the natural way the body wants to release tension and chronic holding patterns in the muscles and body.

                                                              Although, we love giving deep tissue massage, and other styles massage and bodywork.  Too many methods push muscles into relaxation.  They knead and pressure the body faster then it has the ability to understand.  So muscles let go, the body relaxes but it's patterned response to stress and tension usually persists, so you have to see a therapist or body-worker over and over again.

                                                              By creating a relationship with the client's body using gentle rocking, slow movement and light pressure we begin to move at a pace the body can begin to figure out how it gets from tension to relaxation.  It is astounding, how using just a little pressure & movement can awaken the muscles from long held patterns and the body does most of the releasing on it's own.

                                                              Hypnotic massage session - You might have heard, when the mind and body work together you are more powerful.  When you have a particular habit or belief, just thinking about it creates tension and stress in you body.  When you your body tightens, even subtly it affects your thoughts to affects your thoughts.

                                                              Too often, these two halves are treated separately.  Here we honor both parts of you  and use this blended approach to allow for faster and more significant relaxation and change.  

                                                              Soothing hypnotic suggestions takes your mind deeper into relaxation while in conjunction with melting muscle massage allow your body to relax even more.  This helps to remove long held muscular tension, chronic pain or stiffness and especially stress faster, more easily and effortlessly.

                                                              Depending on your particular needs additional suggestions can be added for weight loss, stop smoking, social anxiety and so much more.
